He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the JS Group, a multi-vertical business conglomerate operating in travel & tourism, software services, construction, sustainable housing, and hospitality. Headquartered in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, JS Group provides direct and indirect employment to several hundred people across India.
Early life and background
Bade Jeevan was born in Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, to Bade Prabhakar, President of the Print & Electronic News Journalist Association of Andhra Pradesh and Secretary of the National Union of Journalists, India (New Delhi). Growing up in an environment influenced by public service and journalism, Jeevan was exposed to leadership, discipline, and civic responsibility from an early age.

Career
Early career
After completing his engineering degree, Jeevan secured a campus placement with IBM but declined the offer to prepare for the Indian Civil Services. Following multiple attempts, he faced career challenges including employment rejections due to being “over-qualified.” During this period, he worked as a faculty member and was also associated with police and academic services.
Entrepreneurship
With limited financial resources, Jeevan began his entrepreneurial journey with a single vehicle, offering travel services. A personal travel experience involving service failures during a family trip to Mysore inspired him to establish a customer-centric travel company.
JS Group
Jeevan founded JS Vacations – All India & International Tours, which operates on principles of transparency, trust, and customer safety. The company has completed thousands of tours across India and internationally over more than seven years.
