Early Life & Education
Dr. Raju Akurathi was born in China Tadepalligudem, Tadepalligudem city, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, India. He comes from a humble family background. His father, Srinivasarao (late), worked as a tailor, while his mother, Punyavathi, is a homemaker. He has one sister, Divya, who is married and runs her own business.
He completed his secondary schooling from ZPPH High School, Kadiyadda, Tadepalligudem in 2013. He then pursued his intermediate education at Sri Pragathi Junior College.
He later completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the West Godavari Institute of Science and Technology between 2015 and 2019.
Career
Dr. Raju Akurathi began his professional journey in the recruitment industry after completing his engineering studies. During this time, he gained firsthand experience of employment challenges faced by both job seekers and employers, which strengthened his vision of creating sustainable employment opportunities.
He later collaborated with his friend Devi Santosh Kumar Karakavalasa' to build an entrepreneurial platform. This led to the establishment of RD Ideal Bridge Private Limited, a registered company headquartered in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. The organization focuses on bridging the gap between talent, entrepreneurs, and employment opportunities.
