Rakesh Gupta (born 6 August 1992) is an Indian public and political activist who serves as the President of UTDS. Rakesh Gupta was born on 6 August 1992. His father was the late Vijay Prasad Gupta.
Gupta completed his postgraduate education with a Master of Arts (M.A.) from the University of Delhi.

Gupta began his organisational activities at a young age and became associated with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Bajrang Dal, Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) and later the Bharatiya Janata Party.
