Background

The Student Convocation Ceremony of Desire Academy was conducted alongside the Miss & Mrs Glam Diva 2025 pageant, creating a unique hybrid format that combined education and creative performance. The initiative was designed to recognise women who demonstrate strength, skill, self-expression, and leadership in fashion, beauty, and creative arts.

Held in Hyderabad, a growing hub for India’s fashion and creative industries, the event brought together educators, mentors, designers, makeup artists, stylists, and emerging talent on one prestigious stage.

Leadership and Organisation

The event was led by Dr. Soujanya Madhu Megaji, Founder of Desire Studio & Desire Academy and an internationally certified mentor. Her vision of empowering women through professional skills, creativity, and confidence shaped the structure of the convocation and the pageant.

The event was conducted under the direction of Mr. Shirish, Director of Desire Studio, who oversaw planning, coordination, and execution.

The program was held in association with Achiever’s Voice, led by Dr. Sowjanya Meghaji, Programme Director Sirish, and co-founders Suman Thokala and Bhavya Sri Nalluri. Their involvement expanded the event’s outreach, credibility, and media visibility.

Convocation Ceremony

The convocation honoured students who completed professional programs in Fashion Designing, Makeup Artistry, Styling, Creative Arts, and Personal Grooming at Desire Academy. Under the mentorship of Dr. Soujanya Madhu Megaji, students received LAPT UK international certification after completing academic and practical training.

Graduates demonstrated their skills on the Miss & Mrs Glam Diva platform, linking formal education with live industry exposure in fashion and beauty.

Miss & Mrs Glam Diva 2025 was designed to celebrate personality, confidence, talent, and individuality. The pageant moved beyond conventional beauty standards, focusing on inner strength, communication, and creative presence.
